Plain-language terms for ordering from The Brand Batch (operated by N&N Prints).

Orders and pricing

Prices shown are quotes valid for the period stated with them and are confirmed at checkout. Custom quotes are valid until their expiry date. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Proofs

Production starts only after you approve a proof. Our proof policy explains what you are approving.

Custom products

Cancellations, reprints, refunds and artwork rights are covered by our custom product policies, which you accept at checkout.

Accounts and Brand Locker

Guest orders can be claimed into an account with the link we email you. Items in your Brand Locker are yours to reorder; we may retire items whose materials are no longer available and will tell you when that happens.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. We are not responsible for the content of artwork you supply.
