Proof policy

Nothing prints until you approve an exact proof.

What the proof shows

• Finished size, shape and cut line at scale, with bleed and safe area marked.
• Material and finish exactly as configured.
• The exact copy (every word and number) and any QR code destinations, listed separately so they are easy to check.
• Any warnings from our artwork checks (low resolution, thin lines, near-edge text).

What you are approving

When you approve, you confirm the size, quantity, material, finish and copy are correct. Our production ticket is generated from the approved proof itself — not from the original upload — so what you approved is what prints.

If something changes

• Change the artwork, size, material, finish or copy after approval and we prepare a new proof; the previous approval is retired.
• Quantity changes alone do not need a new proof.
• Reorders of an unchanged item reuse your approved proof automatically — you will see this noted in the cart.

Timing

Production time starts when the proof is approved, not when the order is placed. Proof links stay valid for 14 days; we send reminders before they expire.

Errors

If we print something that does not match the approved proof, we reprint it at no cost. If the approved proof contained an error (a typo in the copy, for example), we will reprint at the materials-only price — see custom product policies.
