Artwork requirements
- PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or AI files up to 25 MB
- 300 DPI at finished size for raster artwork; vector preferred
- Add 0.125 in bleed if your art runs to the edge; we can add it for you with basic setup
- You must own or have permission to use the artwork

Can I upload my own QR code?
You give us the destination link. We generate the code ourselves so we can verify it scans from the final print file.
What is the difference between die-cut stickers and sticker sheets?
Die-cut stickers are cut through the vinyl and backing into individual pieces. Sticker sheets are kiss-cut so several stickers stay on one backing sheet.
Do I have to approve a proof?
Yes. Every order gets an exact proof showing size, quantity, material, finish and artwork. Production starts after you approve it.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Our standard product uses white printable vinyl with a gloss laminate, which is water and weather resistant for outdoor use.
Can I reorder later?
Completed orders save to your Brand Locker with the approved artwork and configuration so you can reorder at the current price without re-uploading.
